# Bulk Actions

Some dropdown menus contain bulk actions that can effect many objects simultaneously.

### Bulk Enable & Disable

Some objects support bulk enable and disable operations. This will appear as shown below. `Enable All` will enable all objects and, likewise, `Disable All` will disable all objects.

> Be careful using bulk enable and disable, this is a convenient method but can cause a loss of control if used improperly.

#### Filtered Enable and Disable

Sometimes you may only want to enable or disable objects meeting a specific criteria. This can be done by [filtering](/v1/docs/filtering) the objects, and then using the dropdown menu to enable or disable the objects. The enable and disable buttons should be trailed by a `[Filtered]` indicator to alert you that you are only applying the bulk action to the filtered objects.
