Navigate to the device detail of the device you would like to delete. Ensure the device is disabled. Click the ellipses in the upper right corner and select Delete from the dropdown. This will open the delete popup.

The bottom of the delete popup gives information about other objects that can be effected by deleting this object. For a detailed view of these references, view the object’s references tab. There are a few conditions that will disallow the deletion of a device:
The device is enabled.
The device contains tags that are used by an enabled model.
Be Careful
When a device is deleted, it will also delete all associated tags.
